I've always been purpose driven, and care deeply about issues of equity and access. After an initial education in international development, I ended up in tech, and proceeded to bend every product role I held for the next 20 years in any way I could toward customers most in need of help. I've been actively working in the non-profit space for the last 12 years. My current work blends the worlds of product development and nonprofit impact to make a real difference for those in need.

Tech and non-profit leadership experience
I spent 20 years strategizing, developing and launching highly successful consumer and b2b tech products in companies ranging from Fortune 100 to small startups.
I have worked for over 10 years with nonprofits to develop strategy, define & deliver programming, and measure impact. I focus primarily on economic and educational equity. Recent topics include STEM underrepresentation, homelessness & eviction, and affordable internet access.
Hands-on, data-backed, low-risk
I embed with you to deeply understand the needs of those you serve. We’ll start with the questions "how do we know there's a problem?" and "what would success look like?" We'll develop a bold vision backed by evidence, then rapidly test into solution ideas. At the end, you'll have a high-confidence, validated roadmap of strategies & services. As needed, I'll operationalize new strategies & services to set them up for success.
Passionate about human services non-profits
I specialize in small non-profits at pivot points, such as those facing decisions of how to reach new beneficiaries, expand into new service areas, or even re-imagine the mission altogether.
